Meditation is the total attention in the now, to rest oneself within, experiencing silence and peace, being without judgment exploring the unknown, deepening insight, enlarging love and tolerance, connecting with universal energy and the creative potential.
Being totally present in the body is a necessity. To support this every meditation session starts with a quarter of an hour qi gong exercises. These are very simple exercises, one could say meditation in movement.
Instead of learning techniques sessions will be directed towards the attention in the now.
Needed: flexible clothing, thick socks or slippers.

Meditation training on request
On request meditation training is given on location or in Centrum 7 to groups of any kind, for instance from industrial or trade organizations, educational organizations and so on.
